All units are air-conditioned and contain a television.  Hotel Unit Condos have occupancy maximum of 2, have one double bed, partial kitchen, and a full bath.  Studio Unit Condos have occupancy maximum of 2, have a double bed, bath, and a full kitchen. 1Bedroom Condos have occupancy maximum of 4 are a hotel unit and a studio unit combined.  The resort has scooter rentals, water taxi, a watersports center and volleyball.  A refundable security deposit of $300 is payable upon arrival. All guests required to pay resort levy & energy surcharge upon check in and varies on unit type, unit size, and time of year.
